Greg Weaver has asked us to write a letter of reference on his behalf. We are only too happy to provide this for him, as our experience with Greg has been uniformly positive.

We asked for references from Greg as well before contracting with him to represent us in the purchase of the home in which we now live. The other references we contacted regarding Greg all had positive opinions of his work.

We moved to Lancaster from Pittsburgh. We took a week off from work to house-hunt but did not contract with Greg prior to actually arriving in Lancaster (we wanted the opportunity to meet with several real estate agents before choosing one to work through.) Of the agents we contacted, Greg was easily the most flexible. As I said, we came into town without having contracted with Greg and with a limited timetable for house hunting. Greg worked with us every day of that week, showing us a wide variety of houses until we found the one we wanted.

As this was our first time buying a house we had little idea of what would be required to complete the process. Greg walked us through each step from securing financing to inspections. He took care of most of the hard work for us, but we never felt as though we were not being kept informed (despite being 250 miles away).

At closing Greg gave us a little surprise. He had heard the day before of a mortgage lender offering a lower interest rate than what we had initially gotten. He stayed in his office until late that night taking care of the paperwork to secure the lower interest-rate loan. Had he not done so we would never have known the difference and would still have a very favorable opinion of Greg. By doing so, he saved us quite a bit of money. It is this extra effort on your behalf that you should look for in a real estate agent, and Greg certainly provides it.”
