We moved to Lancaster from Pittsburgh. We took a week off from work to house-hunt but did not contract with Greg prior to actually arriving in Lancaster (we wanted the opportunity to meet with several real estate agents before choosing one to work through.) Of the agents we contacted, Greg was easily the most flexible. As I said, we came into town without having contracted with Greg and with a limited timetable for house hunting. At closing Greg gave us a little surprise. He had heard the day before of a mortgage lender offering a lower interest rate than what we had initially gotten. He stayed in his office until late that night taking care of the paperwork to secure the lower interest-rate loan. Had he not done so we would never have known the difference and would still have a very favorable opinion of Greg. By doing so, he saved us quite a bit of money.
