"Greg was available 24/7 ..."
"We signed up for Greg’s “Auto Home Search” in October. We had a house to sale but wanted to look before listing our property. Greg advised that maybe we should list it with a contingency clause but we decided to wait until after the 1st of the year. Greg went over everything in detail with us as to what we should do to get ready to put our home on the market and what our home was worth. He worked closely with us to determine the price range we that would be affordable for us and get us pre-approved for a loan. We would check our email regularly for homes and were getting the latest listings. The homes in the area we were looking at were selling quickly so with the auto search we were getting them as soon as they became available. Though we were not in a hurry to move Greg’s idea of seeing what is available and not missing our “dream home” was a good one because we found it. When we found the home we wanted our home had not yet been listed. But this was the home we had to have. Could Greg really get us in this new home? Things had to move quickly now. We absolutely had to have this home! Yes Greg made it happen. He listed our home on his web site and we had people looking at the home the next day. It sold in a couple of days and we got the house we wanted. How did he do it? We are still asking ourselves that question but the important thing is that he did it. My husband would tell the guys at work, “Yes, my realtor is snowmobiling but he is going to get us this house.” Greg was available 24/7 even when he was not physically in Lancaster. Not knowing in October that we would be moving in February we are not sorry. If we hadn’t signed up for the auto home search when we did, we may have missed this house. We found the perfect house and thanks to Greg everything worked out. We would recommend Greg to anyone who is buying or selling a home. He takes a personal interest in his clients and is available anytime. He goes out of his way to help you find a home and sell your home. He is honest and up front about what is affordable to you and what your home will sale for. Thanks again Greg and we love our new home."

Real Estate Contracts >Legal Documents
The stacks of papers that you have to sign in order to buy a house can leave you confused. The person conducting the closing will ask you to sign your name to countless documents that are filled with legal jargon. Some buyers just barely glance at each form and sign them without a lot of questions, while others find it very frustrating to try to read every form at the closing table.
You should read and understand the papers you sign. If you are getting a loan to buy the property, most of the paperwork will come from the mortgage company. In most cases, there is little time to read everything in advance because the forms arrive at the closing office shortly before closing is scheduled to begin. Most of the documents use standardized language, however, and you should be able to get copies of the documents ahead of time from the lender so that you can have your questions answered and be comfortable with the settlement process.
